The mechanical, synchronization, and performance rights granted to the Licensee by this License includes the folowing rights to use the music hereinafter referred to as Master Recording :

the right to synchronize the Master Recording  with visual images as part of Licensee Production (use Master Recording as soundtrack);

the right to use the Master Recording for Television and Radio Show Production (for any production or show meant for radio or television, other than ad);

the right to use the Master Recording  for Radio and Television Advertising or Commercial (for TV ad, commercial, radio ad, promotional announcement, etc.)

the right to use the Master Recording  for Non-Commercial websites (personal, non-profit, educational, informational site, webcast or web video)

the right to use the Master Recording  for Internet Advertising or Internet Commercial Use (commercial Web site, ad, webcast or any Internet-based advertising)

the right to publicly display Master Recording as part of Licensee Production on Web Sites, podcasts, TV, radio, presentations etc.
